J. T. Wright has been the pastor of Airport Boulevard Baptist Church since August 2013. He has served churches in Alabama, Mississippi, and Louisiana over the span of two decades.

J. T. was born in Laurel, MS, and lived in quite a few places all over the Southeastern U. S. If he had to name a second home, he would claim New Orleans, LA.

He’s husband to Amber, “Beast Dad” to Timothy, and counselor to Cooper, the family dog.

The Wright family has lived in Mobile, AL for more than ten years, and have enjoyed living the coastal life with a great set of people that even call them friends.
